nice area around the hotel
the tv was fake, no cables on it. windows not openable. never changed the air. breakfast was horrable. coffee cost 3 euro extra, only toast, jam and instant coffee. milk not cooled. breakfast served from 9:30 ! after that crew hat a teambreakfast. no service at all.

The location and the actual building was very nice.
The hotel staff were very unfriendly and couldn't care less about the people there. The heating was full on and it was 25 degrees outside with sun shining through the windows. The staff were unable to control the heating and our room as like a sauna. We could not sleep as it was so uncomfortable. The toilet was leaking and my husband had to turn the water off as noone else was able to help us. The beds were only made once in 3 days. Rubbish was emptied only once. No change of towels or linen. Breakfast was included but only had cooked breakfast once in 3 days, the dirty bacon and egg pan was there all 3 days, very poor choice of food. Instant coffee? Tables were not wioed and they had coffee cup stains on them. Basicly there was no customer service and the place could have been lovely but it left us feeling very unsatisfied.
